I am not at all shocked. Her seeds are almost always the first out-of-the-gate every single year!
If you get a chance to order seeds from her, seriously, do it. You won't be disappointed!

You're lucky you've got your peppers out! I completely forgot starting mine from seed this year. So far, my parsley, cilantro, basil and thyme have been the first out.
